Job Summary

As the Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
• Create job post ads and promote them via job boards and social media.
• Maintain applicant tracking data with accuracy.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and document collection.
• Help prepare weekly talent pipeline and recruitment metrics reports.

Requirements

• BSC in Human Resources, Business Management, or related.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and develop HR/recruitment best practices.
