Job Summary:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background in the FinTech sector, capable of driving financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and FinTech-specific regulatory requirements.
- Manage investor relations from a financial perspective, providing transparent and accurate financial updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a FinTech company or a rapidly scaling technology firm.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
