Job Summary
As the Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries. You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting our clients’ hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire.
- Build dashboards and reports to share insights with leadership and recruitment teams.
- Evaluate the performance of sourcing channels and recommend improvements.
- Audit candidate experience and metrics post-onboarding.
- Monitor market and salary benchmarking data for clients.
- Provide periodic reports aiding hiring decisions and forecasting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and HR Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS, and referrals.
