Job Summary

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing internal HR operations and guiding clients in HR best practices, aligning people strategy to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-life cycle HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention.
• Develop HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with Nigerian labor law.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance activities.
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and a mentor to employees.

Requirements

• BSC in HR Management, Business, Law, or related field. And HR Certification.
• 2 – 3 years in HR leadership, ideally in consulting, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with HR systems and HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
